FAQ

Your website questions, answered clearly

Practical answers about design choices, supported capabilities, payment, delivery and managing your website.

What you receive

What do I receive at no cost?

You receive three conceptual design alternatives with enough description to choose a direction. We target delivery within 5 calendar days after all required business information, signals and materials are available. There is no obligation to order implementation.

What is included in the final website?

The paid website includes the agreed pages, content, enabled modules, client-facing management controls and the launch and handover setup confirmed in your scope.

How do I learn to use and manage the website?

Your website handover will include step-by-step documentation and short practical video tutorials showing everyday editing tasks on a working demo. Individual live training and staff-led onboarding are not included.

Are support and future updates included after handover?

No. Standard delivery ends with the agreed website version accepted at handover. Ongoing support, maintenance, updates and later changes require a separately purchased plan or a separately agreed request. You can still update the content areas included in your client controls yourself.

Concept and approval

Why does Servicify start with a concept?

It lets you compare visual approaches and content priorities before ordering the website.

What can I review before approving the concept?

Review three visual alternatives and their descriptions, choose one, and send one consolidated description of additional wishes. Detailed page-by-page planning and design revisions are not part of this prepayment choice.

Does approving a concept commit me to paid implementation?

No. The concept package is complimentary and carries no obligation to proceed. If you choose implementation, pages, modules, price, agreement, required payment and project inputs are confirmed before paid work begins.

Can I use a complimentary concept with another developer?

Not under the evaluation permission. Unless the signed project agreement states otherwise, intellectual-property rights owned by Servicify remain with Servicify until the selected project is paid in full. Before then, the concept may not be reproduced, adapted, implemented, published, shared with another provider or used to commission another party to build from it. After full payment, the agreement defines the rights assigned or licensed; third-party fonts, images, software and other materials remain subject to their own licences.

What happens when I approve the concept?

We check your consolidated wishes against Website Core and available modules, clarify essential details and provide scope, exclusions, price, timeframe and start conditions. Agreement and initial payment precede detailed planning and implementation.

Scope, packages and components

How is the scope of the website defined?

We match your goals and consolidated wishes to Website Core and offered modules, then record the selected capabilities, exclusions, price, timeframe and start conditions. Custom is a selection of supported modules, not arbitrary SaaS or custom business software.

How and when do I pay?

The proposal separates implementation work from agreed additional services and recurring charges. After agreement, the initial payment is 50% of implementation work plus 100% of agreed additional services. The remaining 50% implementation balance is due after completed-site review approval and before production handover.

What modules and components can be included?

Your website can include Website Core and the offered modules selected in the agreed scope. A different visual design does not add unsupported capabilities or arbitrary business logic.

Implementation and handoff

When does paid implementation begin?

Detailed planning begins after the agreement and verified initial payment. Implementation also requires the selected direction, confirmed supported scope and the necessary content, access and domain inputs. Concept choice or commercial discussion alone does not start work.

How long does website implementation take?

We reserve up to 45 calendar days after all agreed implementation start conditions are complete. Customer delays, scope changes or third-party dependencies can pause or revise that target.

What content do I need to provide?

Useful inputs include business goals, services, audience, approved wording, brand assets, current website material, photos, required access and domain details.

How do you handle review, QA and launch?

Servicify reviews the implemented pages against the approved direction and scope, including content, links, forms, responsive behavior, agreed functionality and launch conditions. Items needing customer confirmation remain visible.

Practical questions

What input do you need from me?

Send your business goals, audience and available materials for the concepts. After selecting one alternative, combine any additional wishes into one description.

What if I don’t have all my brand assets?

We can prepare preliminary directions from what is available. Final approved assets can be confirmed before implementation.

Can you use my existing domain?

Yes. Domain access and the required DNS changes are confirmed before launch.

I have multiple services or locations. Can you handle that?

Yes. They can be reflected in the page structure and modules included in the agreed scope.

Are the concepts free, and how long are they reserved?

Yes. The reviewed package is free and reserved exclusively for your business for 14 calendar days after delivery. Without contact, it may later be reviewed, adapted and released for sale. You can return at any time and request a new package.
