3. Check fulfilment termsDelivery is up to 45 calendar days after documented start conditions. Initial payment is 50% of implementation plus 100% of agreed additional services; the 50% implementation balance follows completed-site approval and precedes handover.
4. Inspect commerce safeguardsCheckout, payment and provider calls are disabled during application review.
5. Inspect the live isolated demoThe website and admin/editor functionality are real. Launch creates an isolated editable copy of the Own Site website, admin workspace and baseline data; changes never mutate the source Own Site.

Handover will include step-by-step documentation and short practical video tutorials on a working demo. These materials are a delivery commitment and are not yet available for review; they must be completed before paid launch and first handover. Individual live training and staff-led onboarding are not included.
