How we work
Tell us about your business and what you need from a website. We will prepare three free design concepts. If you decide to continue, we will agree the scope, price and timeframe. Once the documents are signed, the initial payment is received and the agreed start conditions are met, we will plan the details, build your site and prepare it for handover.

Step by step
You tell us about your services, who they are for and what the website needs to do.
You receive three design options and decide whether to continue.
We confirm the scope, price and timeframe, sign the agreement and receive the initial payment.
We create the agreed pages, configure the features and check how they work.
You review the result and pay the remaining balance. We hand over the website and instructions.
Who does what
From choosing a concept to ordering a website
Choose a concept and send your preferences together in one message.
Once the documents are signed and the agreed start conditions are met, we move on to development.
Choosing a concept does not commit you to ordering a website. If you decide to continue, the initial payment is 50% of the development cost plus 100% of agreed additional services, listed separately. We begin once the agreement is signed and we have received the initial payment and required materials and access. If a 14-day withdrawal period applies to your order, we will provide a separate early-start request with the agreement. Signing both documents allows us to begin before that period ends. If you do not sign the request, we will wait until the period has ended. We will confirm the start date in writing.
Your feedback
Choose a design and send your additional preferences together in one message. We clarify the details and explain what we can include in the offer.
Result: a chosen concept and a clear offer.
Review the pages and features at the agreed stages. We discuss your comments, make the agreed changes and check the result again.
Result: the changes are made and checked.
Review the completed website against the agreed scope. After approval, pay the remaining 50% of the development cost before we hand over the site.
Result: the website is approved for handover.
If a request changes the agreed design or scope, we explain its effect on the price and timeframe first. We carry out the additional work only after you approve it.
The finished website
All the pages included in the agreed scope are built and tested.
The website adapts to phone, tablet and computer screens.
The agreed modules are connected and configured for your business.
Update editable elements on the pages and manage content through your connected modules.
We check navigation, forms and other agreed actions on the website.
We prepare the agreed launch settings and explain how to use the website.
The handover document records the approved website version, files and access provided, management tools, and each party's responsibilities after handover.
If you choose your own hosting and order installation, we will install, configure and test the website once we have the required access. This is a one-off paid service. We agree hosting compatibility and the installation cost before payment.
Development timeframe
We agree the timeframe in advance and count it from the start date confirmed in writing. If a 14-day withdrawal period applies to your order, we begin after it ends, or earlier if you sign the separate request we provide. In either case, we must have received the initial payment and the agreed materials and access.
You have approved the concept we will use for the website.
The pages, modules and content editing tools are defined.
The development terms are recorded in the signed agreement.
We have received the initial payment specified in the agreement.
We have the agreed content, access and domain details needed for the work.
Agreed scope changes, waiting for materials, access, your replies or approvals, and delays from other providers may affect the timeframe. If this holds up the work, we will explain why and agree a revised completion date.
Tell us about your business and send the available materials. We aim to prepare three checked design options within 5 calendar days of receiving the information we need. You decide whether to order a website.
